Pebber - commander in chief of the 69th division
Pebber has been a member of BKPMC almost since its founding. They have been instrumental for the
Madagascar operation and for our relationships with foreign states and internationl organizations
such as the UN, Interpol and others. US ambassador Claire A. Pierangelo described Pebber as "what in the actual fuck are you freaks
doing in my house at 2 am and who tf is this Pebber that you're asking me to comment on???!!"
